By creating an account or using Mosaic (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Mosaic is
Mosaic is a social network for tracking and sharing your cultural library — films, series, books and music. It lets you keep a diary, write reviews and lists, follow people and get recommendations.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. You must be of legal age in your country to create an account. An account belongs to a single person.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post (reviews, lists, text, images). By posting it, you grant Mosaic a non-exclusive licence to host and display it within the Service, to the extent needed to operate it. You can delete your content at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Mosaic to post illegal, defamatory or hateful content, or content that infringes the rights of others, nor for spam, harvesting other users' data or attempts to compromise the Service.
5. Catalogue data
Information about works (film, book and music entries) comes from external sources such as TMDB, Open Library and others, and belongs to their respective owners. Mosaic claims no ownership over it.
6. Price
Mosaic is free. Every feature is available to any account, with no subscriptions or payments.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
8. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for losses resulting from unavailability or data loss, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service. Continued use implies acceptance.
