Is Mosaic free?

Yes. Mosaic is completely free — every feature is available to any account, with no subscriptions, payments or in-app purchases.

How do I reset my password?

Use the password recovery page and we will email you a reset link.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings (on the website or in the app) and choose account deletion. Your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

How do I report content or block someone?

Every review and profile has a report option, and you can block any user from their profile. You can also email us directly.

Where does the catalogue data come from?

Film, series, book and music entries come from external sources such as TMDB, TVMaze, Open Library and Deezer. If you find wrong information about a work, let us know.
