Durante os seus vinte anos no exílio, Turok se tornou um grande guerreiro. Ao retornar para casa ele descobre que sua vila foi destruída e sua família está morta. Tudo obra do tirano Chichak. Buscando vingança, Turok tem que viajar até as Terras Perdidas, um lugar selvagem, esquecido pelo tempo, onde criaturas pré-históricas ainda caçam aqueles que ali se aventuram. Nessa viagem, Turok irá enfrentar seus maiores desafios e, em meio às Terras Perdidas, uma lenda será criada.
